'Snippet'

A tiny 00 Lines Brothers Sportiboy rocking horse on a bow rocker. 

He stands just under 23" high by approx 34" in bow length.

Very few of these smallest size rocking horses have found their way on to the present day market.

The size is perfect for displaying with teddies, sasha dolls or as a display piece where space is a premium. 

This little fellow has his original bow and is in overall good condition albeit areas of paint & gesso loss, please see the pictures. Where his paint is lost on his chest, the gesso is a little delicate. He also has some areas of older brownish overpaint including on his neck area that has not been removed.

He has been very much enjoyed & appreciated just as he is, although his new owner could continue removing the remnants of his brown overpaint left, if desired. He has his plaque albeit scuffed on his bow rocker.

He displays nicely on a console or chest. Further photos to follow...
